DECEMBER 15TH<\/sup>\u00a0AND 22nd<\/sup>: SPIROTHERAPY<\/h3>\n

On Thursdays December 15th<\/sup>\u00a0and\u00a022nd<\/sup>, at Roger Le Gall Swimming Pool, the ANP launched a new discipline in its catalogue of classes: Spirotherapy. This method englobes an array of breathing techniques, cardio training, energy boosting, calorie burning, achieving a flat stomach, letting go through feeling relaxed while targeting\u00a0 a mind of iron. Spirotherapy\u00a0is a new way of breathing and will help one to better handle stress and to live longer.<\/p>\n

There are numerous benefits of breathing and as many techniques to use!<\/p>\n

Our members discovered a controlled and conscient breathing therapy as a way to change how to breathe so as to improve physical, emotional and mental balance and to take better care of their health.<\/p>\n

DECEMBER 11TH<\/sup>: ANP CHRISTMAS PARTY<\/h3>\n

A large group of us celebrated Christmas on Sunday December 11th<\/sup>\u00a0at our favourite karaoke bar in the centre of Paris. An immensely fun night to repeat!<\/p>\n

NOVEMBER 23RD<\/sup>: DRAWING CLASS<\/h3>\n

We launched our naturist drawing classes at Roger Le Gall swimming pool on Wednesday November 23rd<\/sup>. Everyone had fun, guided by the pointers given by Loulou.<\/p>\n

NOVEMBER 10TH<\/sup>,\u00a011TH\u00a0<\/sup>and 17TH<\/sup>: NATURIST VISITS AT THE MAILLOL MUSEUM<\/h3>\n

On Thursday 10th<\/sup>, Friday 11th<\/sup>\u00a0and Thursday 17th<\/sup>\u00a0November, the ANP, together with Tempora, organised naturist visits of the exhibition “Hyperr\u00e9alisme” at the Mus\u00e9e Maillol, with the support of the French Federation of Naturism, at which we welcomed 800 visitors.<\/p>\n

OCTOBER 16TH<\/sup>: LAST DAY OF THE SEASON IN THE BOIS DE VINCENNES<\/h3>\n

Thank you everyone for this suberb season\u00a0 in the\u00a0naturist park in the Bois de Vincennes<\/a>. Gym, yoga and Pilates classes, along with numerous picnics between friends, this was a sunny season filled with friendship.<\/p>\n

OCTOBER 15TH<\/sup>: AQUATIC EVENT IN BELGIUM<\/h3>\n

A number of our members made the trip to Lago in Gand for the mega aquatic evening organised by the Belgian Naturist Federation<\/a>\u00a0on Saturday October 15th<\/sup>.

OCTOBER 9TH<\/sup>: PARTICIPATIVE CLEANING OF THE NATURIST PARK<\/h3>\n

On Saturday\u00a0October 9th<\/sup>, a large group of us spent an afternoon beautifying the Paris naturist park. Thanks to everyone for your help!<\/p>\n

OCTOBER 8TH<\/sup>: AQUATIC EVENT IN SAINT-LAURENT-NOUAN<\/h3>\n

The Orleans Sun Club, together with the other naturist clubs of the region of Central France, organised another evening at the gorgeous Grand Chambord Aquatic Complex in Saint-Laurent-Nouan, on Saturday October 8th<\/sup>, from 8pm till 11pm, with over 100 people.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

OCTOBER 1ST<\/sup>\u00a0– 8TH<\/sup>: HOLIDAY AT GROTTAMIRANDA<\/h3>\n

During the first week of October, a trip to\u00a0 Grottamiranda<\/a>\u00a0in Puglia was organised.<\/p>\n

SEPTEMBER 26TH<\/sup>: WATER POLO AT ROGER LE GALL SWIMMING POOL<\/h3>\n

On Monday September 26th<\/sup>, we organised our first water polo match of the season at Roger Le Gall swimming pool.<\/p>\n

SEPTEMBER 10TH<\/sup>: THE 12TH<\/sup>\u00a0ARRONDISSEMENT’S ANNUAL FAIR DAY<\/h3>\n

Just like every year, the ANP manned a stand at the 12th<\/sup> arrondissement’s “Forum des Associations” on Saturday September 10th<\/sup>.<\/p>\n

SEPTEMBER 9TH<\/sup>: ROMAN HOLIDAY<\/h3>\n

Our twin club in Rome, UNAIT<\/a>, organised a weekend at Suncave Gardens<\/a> near Rome from September 9th<\/sup> – 11th<\/sup>, in collaboration with FENAIT<\/a>. It was a long weekend of varied activities – aquatic, artistic, musical and, of course, gastronomic.<\/p>\n

AUGUST 27TH<\/sup>: DAY AT les HESP\u00c9RIDES<\/h3>\n

On Saturday August 27th<\/sup>, we spent a day at the\u00a0Hesp\u00e9rides<\/a>\u00a0sun club. Warm welcome, sun, pool, meals with friends, M\u00f6lkky… A totally unforgettable day.<\/p>\n

AUGUST 15TH<\/sup>: REGIONAL P\u00c9TANQUE TOURNAMENT<\/h3>\n

On\u00a0August 15th<\/sup>\u00a0we participated in the \u00cele-de-France regional p\u00e9tanque tournament at the\u00a0Club Gymnique de France<\/a>, in a friendly, festive and sporting atmosphere.<\/p>\n

JULY 23RD<\/sup>\u00a0– 30TH<\/sup>: SAILING NEAR ATHENS<\/h3>\n

We headed to Greece for a week of sailing from July 23rd<\/sup>\u00a0– 30th<\/sup>.<\/p>\n

JULY 9TH<\/sup>: DAY AT THE ESSONNE SUN CLUB<\/h3>\n

We kicked off our tour of the clubs in our region on Saturday July 9th<\/sup> with a day at the\u00a0Club du Soleil de l’Essonne<\/a>, with its gorgeous natural grounds and its freshwater pool.\u00a0<\/p>\n

JUNE 16TH<\/sup>\u00a0– 19TH<\/sup>: SAILING NEAR MARSEILLE<\/h3>\n

A group of members went on a sailing trip near Marseille in June.<\/p>\n

JUNE 13TH<\/sup>: NUDE HIKE<\/h3>\n

St\u00e9phane took a new group out for a day of Nordic walking \/ picnic \/ nude hiking on Monday June 13th<\/sup>, in Fontainebleau Forest.\u00a0<\/p>\n

MAY 28TH<\/sup>: ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING<\/h3>\n

Our members are attended our AGM on Saturday May 28th<\/sup>, at the Club Gymnique de France, where we enjoyed the grounds during the afternoon.<\/p>\n

MAY 18TH<\/sup>:\u00a0NATURIST NORDIC WALK AND HIKE<\/h3>\n

On May 18th<\/sup>, a group of members spent a day under the beating sun for a Nordic walk, a picnic and a hike in Fontainebleau Forest.<\/div>\n

MAY 7TH<\/sup>:\u00a0NATURIST ART EXHIBITION VISIT<\/h3>\n

On Saturday, May 7th<\/sup>, for the third year in a row, The Fiminco Foundation opened its doors to naturists for the 2022 Young Creators Exhibition, where the selected\u00a0 works of 49 young artists were displayed.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

MAY 2ND<\/sup>: SAUNA AND WELL-BEING EVENING<\/h3>\n

On Monday May 2nd<\/sup>, we spent the afternoon and early evening at\u00a0Aqua Saint Paul<\/a>, where members of INF affiliated naturist federations receive a discount oat the entry on Mondays.<\/p>\n

APRIL 27TH<\/sup>\u00a0– MAY 1ST<\/sup>: TRIP TO MARSEILLE<\/h3>\n

We organised a nude hiking trip around the calanques of Marseille from April 27th<\/sup> till May 1st<\/sup>, with our friends from l\u2019Association Naturiste Phoc\u00e9enne.<\/p>\n

APRIL 17TH<\/sup>: YOGA AND PICNIC IN THE NATURIST PARK<\/h3>\n

On Saturday April 16th<\/sup>, our precious\u00a0naturist park in the Bois de Vincennes<\/a>\u00a0reopened! We relaunched our weekly sports classes and picnics on Sunday April 17th<\/sup>, with a yoga and qigong class by Lyon, followed by a friendly picnic. And we couldn’t have asked for better weather over the Easter weekend!<\/p>\n

APril 9TH\u00a0<\/sup>: CLOSING NUDE DINNER OF FRANCE Natation NATURISTe<\/h3>\n

We ended our day of competition with a dinner in a local restaurant, so fully booked it was heaving.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

What a huge success! Thank you all for attending this festive sports event. We were twice as numerous as we’d initially imagined, with participants from all over France and from overseas.<\/p>\n

Let’s do it again in 2023!<\/p>\n

MARCH 26TH<\/sup>: water park evening at le GRAND CHAMBORD<\/h3>\n

On Saturday March 26th<\/sup>, a number of ANP members attended an evening at the Grand Chambord Water Park, organised by the Centre Val de Loire region of the FFN.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

MARCH 13TH<\/sup>: KARAOKE NIGHT<\/h3>\n

We had a fantastic time on Sunday March 13th<\/sup>\u00a0at our karaoke evening in the heart of Paris. We privatised the whole place and sang our hearts out all evening.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

MARCH 4TH<\/sup>:\u00a0NATURIST NIGHT CLUBBING<\/h3>\n

The return of Beautiful Skin<\/a>! A large number of our members spent the night on the dance floor on Friday March 4th<\/sup> in the centre of Paris.<\/p>\n

FEBRUARY 14TH<\/sup>:\u00a0WATER POLO<\/h3>\n

Following the success of the last one, we held another water polo match on Monday February 14th<\/sup>\u00a0at Roger Le Gall swimming pool.<\/p>\n

JANUARY 1ST<\/sup>: FIRST BEACH OUTING OF 2022<\/h3>\n

On January\u00a01st<\/sup>\u00a0at 11:30am, the\u00a0Norman regional committee of the FFN<\/a>\u00a0invited us to the first swim of the year at La Redoute Beach in\u00a0Merville-Franceville-Plage.<\/p>\n
