Hello!
After three weeks in Australia, I’m back in the cold of Paris. As much as I enjoyed the beach and the sun, I’m happy to be back with you all. I’m sending you February’s Nudesletter a day early, as I’m off to Prague this afternoon.
Events in January:
The evening at the Palais des Glaces was a massive success, with a naked audience of 350 people for the first ever performance of the play Nu et Approuvé (Nude and Approuved). Viviane Tiar, President of the French Federation of Naturism, came up to Paris for the event, as did Sieglinde Ivo, President of the International Naturist Federation, along with her Vice-President Jean Peters, making the trip from Austria and Luxembourg respectively. We were all thrilled to see our team member Fabrice in the lead role of Cesar.
Our Christmas dinner at O’Naturel went down very well in a festive atmosphere, with a great menu created by the restaurant’s owners, Mike and Stéphane.
Upcoming events:
This Monday, February 4th, the pool will be divided in 2 x 25m for a naturist swimming competition, which will also serve as the trials for our swimming gala on October 19th. You can sign up by email (anp.paris75@gmail.com) or directly at the pool.
On Tuesday February 12th, we’re organising our 4th annual bowling tournament in Paris. This will be our last chance to enjoy Champerret, as the arcade will soon be demolished to become something else. For €32.50, we offer you 3 sets of bowling, a full buffet and a drink at the bar. For those who want to attend without playing, you can soak up the atmosphere, the buffet and the bar for €18. Reserve your places here.
It’s with great sadness that I announce the closure of O’Naturel. We have enjoyed this spot and the hospitality of Mike and Stéphane for over a year. The restaurant was inaugurated on November 2nd 2017 with a special ANP evening and it will also be in our presence that it wil close on Saturday February 16th. You have two more weeks to enjoy the experience.
Weekend in Marseille: We will be received by the Association Naturiste Phocéenne from May 24th – 26th for a weekend of nude hiking. This trip is limited to 10 people, so sign up fast!

Closure: The pool will be closed for its half-yearly emptying and cleaning during the winter holidays, from February 25th – March 10th. We will reopen in Monday March 11th and 9pm. The gym will remain open during this period for members with current membership.
Monthly drinks: On Friday February 1st (tomorrow) it’s Candlemas at the pool. Bring along your crêpes and your sweet or savoury toppings and drinks to share.
Trip to Spain: The Madrid naturist association (AANUMA) has invited us to join in their annual country retreat week in a large house 75km from the Spanish capital, from May 1st – 5th. The cost is €35 per person, per day (without food). The house has 11 rooms, with a capacity of 36 places. It’s nestled in a vast terrain with nudity allowed everywhere. Trip to Italy: We’re closing registration for our trip to Grottamiranda naturist resort in the next couple of days and there is still one room available. Burning Man: This annual event at the end of August in the Nevada desert attracts over 70,000 people from around the world. The temporary town of Black Rock City is organised in several themed camps. This year, for the 5th time, the “Gymnasium” camp will be set up with a naturist theme. The concept, created by the late Kirill Querido Tokarev, refers to the ancient Greek gymnasium where athletes practised all activities (running, wrestling…) totally naked…and even philopsophy.
