Hello!
In April, we were the sad witnesses of the loss of a part of our national heritage. The whole world reacted to the fire of Notre Dame, including the ANP. We are lucky to live in one of the world’s most beautiful cities and Parisians always come out of difficult times stronger than ever.
The good news in April was the reopening of the naturist park in the Vincennes Woods. Like last year, it is there for all naturists for 6 months, from April 13th to October 13th 2019.
Events in April:
We organised a water polo tournament at Roger Le Gall Swimming Pool on Monday 8th. Well done to the two teams for your energy and the atmosphere that evening.
On Friday 19th, we received a delegation from JONA, the Belgian association of young naturists. We enjoyed a picnic under the warm sun in the Bois de Vincennes, followed by a nude dinner before the swimming session, after which they headed back to the frozen North.
On Sunday 21st, we launched the new season in the Bois de Vincennes with a picnic. Everyone brought food and drinks to share and we played Mölkky for most of the afternoon.
Upcoming events:
On May 1st, a few of our members are off to Spain for a week in the countryside with AANUMA (Asociación de Amigos del Nudismo en Madrid).
On Sunday May 5th, we’re organising a picnic in the nude park in the Bois de Vincennes. As always, please bring food and drinks to share.
On May 7th, we’re heading to Grottamiranda in Italy for 5 days of nude recreation.
On May 12th, our members are invited to our Annual General Meeting. If you haven’t yet returned your replies, please do so before May 3rd. If you can’t come, please give your proxy to another member. The ANP is an association and you are all members with a voice.
We’ll be back in the Bois de Vincennes on Sunday May 19th for another friendly picnic.
On the weekend of May 25th – 27th, the two ANPs (Paris and Marseille) are getting together again to do some nude hiking along the rocky seaside inlets of Marseille.

Restoration of Notre Dame: On April 15th, our city – and the whole world – suffered a huge shock with the fire of the Cathedral Notre Dame de Paris. For 66 years, the ANP has benefited from the generosity of the City of Paris, who gives us 5 weekly sessions and, more recently, an area dedicated to naturism in the Vincennes Woods. It’s therefore natural that the ANP contributes to the restoration of one of our city’s most precious monuments. Without our historic monuments, we lose part of our identity. It is said that charity starts at home, so let’s keep our home intact.
