Hello!
In stark contrast with the weather, November was a warm and friendly month at the ANP, with lots of activities and good numbers at the pool. The year isn’t over yet and we still have a month full of fun ahead of us!
Events in November:
Stefano showed us on November 13th the first actions to adopt to save a life in the water. We advise all swimmers to participate in these lifesaving classes that could really be useful one day.
Well done Stéphane for the organisation of our Japanude dinner on November 16th! The restaurant was already fully booked two weeks before the event and it was a very friendly evening. The food was great and even the vegetarians were taken care of.
Vincent organised another excellent workshop on the 25th. This time it was with Damien, our yoga teacher, who showed us how hypnosis can help us. If you want to take it further, here is his new website: http://etrebien.eu/
Upcoming events:
This Monday December 2nd, come and have fun at our water polo tournament at the pool. You can register by email or at the pool before the match.
On Monday December 9th Bernard will be back for a workshop to teach you Terrepsycorps massage, following the big success of his session in September.
On Wednesday December 11th, Didier will present the international language Esperanto in a fun and friendly workshop. Being a very multicultural association, I hope to see members from all backgrounds!
This year’s Christmas party will be held in a karaoke club in the very centre of Paris on Sunday December 22nd. Last year, this was the most hilarious event of the whole year. You can reserve your places here for €23.

December drinks: The last monthly drinks at the pool for 2019 will take place on Friday December 6th. Come along with your festive dishes and drinks.
Closures: The pool and gym will be closed on Tuesday December 24th, Wednesday 25th, Tuesday 31st and Wednesday January 1st.
