Wednesday, October 22: You asked for it, he heard you… It’s the return of Sylvain’s massage workshops and his glittery fingers.
Let’s meet as usual in the gym. You will learn to massage in pairs, taking turns as the masseur/massee.
Don’t forget to bring your yoga mats. The association provides organic coconut oil.

Monday, October 27: Water polo by Mr. Pascal. We are waiting for you in force. For the newcomers who have just joined the tribe, I invite you to join the teams.
There is room for all levels and it’s really a very nice moment of sport and conviviality.
It’s the final stretch for training for the International Naturist Swimming Championship that will take place in Barcelona. I hope the whole ANP team is training hard before joining the French team!
Paris must stand out! I take this opportunity to warmly thank our captain Julien. He goes to great lengths to organise the passages and the events. Let’s not forget that he has the entire French team on his hands. I see the requests passing by and I know he’s giving it his all. I am obviously counting on you to make his life easier. He won’t be able to please everyone on every event, that’s obvious.
